AI transparency
Last updated: 10 August 2026
Why this page
Since 2 August 2026, the transparency obligations for artificial intelligence
under Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the "AI Act") have applied. They
do not require every piece of AI-assisted content to be labelled. They attach to
specific cases, above all to image, audio, and video content that depicts real
people, places, or events and could pass for an authentic recording.
On that basis, the content of this website carries no labelling obligation. We
are setting out where we use AI anyway.
Where we use AI on omadia.ai
Text
The text on this website is written with AI assistance. Every published sentence
is reviewed by a person before it goes live. Editorial responsibility rests with
byte5 GmbH.
Pitch video on the home page
The animation was built with AI assistance as an HTML/JS animation, rendered in
the browser, and then captured as a video. It shows no real people, no real
places, and no footage of actual events. The audio track is music, with no spoken
and no synthetic voice.
Images and diagrams
The preview image shown when a link to this website is shared contains an
AI-generated background. The diagrams on the website are written as code and
drawn in the browser, not generated as images.
What you will not find here
No synthetic people, no cloned voices, no fabricated testimonials. We publish
references and customer quotes only by name and only with that organisation's
approval.
No AI interaction on this website
There is no chatbot and no AI assistant on omadia.ai. Reading a page or booking a
meeting here does not mean communicating with an AI system.
The omadia product
omadia is a platform for AI agents. Operating those agents carries its own
Article 50 obligations, in particular disclosure towards people who communicate
with an agent, and machine-readable marking of generated content. We will set out
how omadia meets these requirements here once the product documentation covering
them is available.
This does not affect the responsibility of whoever runs an omadia installation
for lawful operation in their own environment, including data protection, AI
regulation, and industry-specific requirements. Our Terms of Use govern the
details.
